The Presidents have to vote for Mayhem against Jax.
The vote must be unanimous.
But Jax asked for the repeal of an old bylaw, which is probably the law that doesn't let black guys join the Sons.
They will repeal this law, which lets the Grim Bastards patch over.
T.O. will vote against the Mayhem on Jax...

Or-

Jax will commit suicide by riding into the spot where his father died...

Or-

The Mayhem vote will be successful, and Jax will have Chibbs do it.

And the Tigg will rape his corpse...

Another interesting and odd factoid-
Sons of Anarchy, the Shield, and The Unit all exist in the same paraverse-
basically, the One Niners, ByzLats, gangs exist in these universes, but the characters change- Chickless plays Vic Macky and Milo, Kenny Johnson plays Kozick and Lemansky, Jay Karnes played Dutch and Kohn....

Guaranteed, in fact I will giveyou 5-1 odds, it is repaling the bylaw that refuses to allow blacks to join the Sons.

A few episodes ago Jax was talking to TO from the Grim bastards about patching over,
TO said they don't allow blacks,
Jax said let me worry about that.

Also, in an earlier season, the DA threatened to expose the fact that Juice was half black if he didn't cooperate.
Chibbs told Jax, and Jax said it was time to repeal some old bylaws.

yeah, I don't see him killing himself either, under ordinary circumstances.
But, if you are facing an unknown Mayhem, from your own club, and the outcome is certain, you can run, go into WitSec, or do it yourself and go out on your own terms.

I was thinking the bylaw would be something that would keep his sons from joining the club when they are older.

I saw a couple of things, obviously the mayhem has to unanimous, but I was thinking about Samcro "carrying out the order and possibly getting the guy skeeter from the funeral home to give a body that looks like jax this way they have a body, and then jax getting away to the farm with his boys, thus carrying out his promise to Tara to get the boys out of charming. He would never be able to return but he would have no reason to do so.

My biggest question now is will jax even find out about Uncer and gemma's involvement with his father's accident, considering they are gone.

I couldn't standing seeing juice becoming a human pin cushion anymore lol.

Plus now I'm guessing that if he does go down, Wendy and Nero have custody of the boys and then SAMCRO will fund the boys lives from the jax's cut of Redwoodie.

I hadn't even thought about that. Yeah, maybe have jax "wreck" and the body can't be identified except by the cut it was wearing... An then the happy father retires to a quite life on the farm with his sons...

But, this is Kurt Sutter we are talking about here, and he likes to write kind of dark... Remember how the Shield ended? With Vic getting away with his crimes, but being relegated to obscurity, and stuck in cubicle hell...

That's right I forgot about the leg. I'm guessing it plays into the whole jax going down however it happens.

I say Jaxx because I predict he's going to get it running from the law on his bike and crashing head-on into a tractor-trailer driven by Michael Chiklis carrying a load of tomatoes. Just like his old man died. There was no other reason to have that scene with Chiklis in the last episode. Not sure if we'll know whether it's an accident, suicide, or if someone sabotaged his bike.

As a holder of an MC 3 piece patch, I'd say Jax will be whacked by his own club. It's the only way to make things he's done, right. Tig will not survive either.

That's what I'm saying...
I think Jax will find out that Wendy is knocked up, and that she will swear to keep his other sons out of the Sons, and go live with Nero.
The mayhem will come back unanimous, and Gaines (VP from Jury's charter) will be given the green-light to do it.
Jax, knowing it is inevitable, but not wanting to betray his club, has Chibbs do it, or does it himself.
Maybe Jax turns over a bunch of files on the other gangs, that way it strengthens the Sons...
