It's a black, probably want to have it painted flat black. Yes, youd do need to drill holes to mount it.

Soliciting opinions.

I've got CF ACS ports, CF side mirrors, and soon, a CF low-wing spoiler. Hood stripes are painted gloss black.

Which splitter would match that combo best; CF, gloss black, or rally yellow?

I'm thinking CF, but can barely dress myself.

Personally, I would go with Flat Black, I think that would look great!

Your SS looks AMAZING by the way!

Never even considered flat with all the existing CF accessories and the glossy stripes. Why flat? Is there some asthetics I'm missing?

Thanks for the compliment. Some of it's from you.

Really, Glossy black would be awesome too. Now, at second glance, I think maybe gloss black would be better with the stripes ;-)

I started a poll in the cosmetics thread. I'll let it run over the weeked and make a decision Sunday night/Monday morning. Still 2 weeks for painted or hydro'd options?

Hey just joined the forum. i recently had the bottom of the front bumper scratched, and my question is should i paint it first or just intall it over? im planning on getting the flat black for my 45th. Any opinions RPI, cause its right under the driver side so i want to make sure it covers the scratch or do i repaint it?
