If I wasn't a frequent flyer on Camaro5 and was just a normal person I would be really confused why clicking the blank boxes for 21 inch rims or certain colors of interior changed my car to a deep blue and jacked up the price.
They don't explain the Dusk Edition package at all and the interior graphic for it is messed up.

This website is a Chevy product with Ford quality

Police are mostly filling the roll of tax collectors - not chasing "bad guys".

A Wartburg or Trabant would be a more appropriate ride.

It took all of 30 seconds to find bugs and errors with this builder. Does anybody ever check these things before they're released? They had plenty of time to get it right.

Did you watch the Al Oppenhieser interview with Autoline? He mentions that they're working with Police departments on a police Camaro. He didn't outright say they were coming out with a B4C package but he came very close. I think the big questions would be what kind of content would be offered in a package like that and would it be availalble to the public? Maybe we'll see something at this years SEMA about it.

Website looks bad and the new wheels look more like a base model wheel.

I was really excited when I saw the site updated during my lunch break today. I was checking every day for weeks. I gave up about a week ago and was checking in less often.

However this site does SUCK...first it is very slow to respond to my selections. Second, the "back" view of the exterior has major flaws in the paint application/graphic. But I never got stalled out or anything, built a 1LT and a 2LT with no interruption. Just plain boring though and slow.

Really...that was cool to know. Before I got my '98 Camaro Z28/SS, I was gonna order a B4C Camaro, but then I got a cool deal on the SS, so got went with that Z. The only difference from the B4C and the Z, other than the lack of looks, was the B4C had the high amp alternator, better suspension and better cooling systems for oil and water. Other than that, they were all the same.

Did you add navigation and a sunroof? Yeah they're expensive but I will be one broke man with a smile on my face next year.

Yeah I'm wondering what they would need for a police service package. The standard SS has an engine oil cooler. Maybe an upgraded alternator and radiator? Maybe they could make some wheels and tires to go with the FE6 suspension from the 1LE that would have an extended tire life and still handle decently. I hear the ZL1 guys saying they're getting 15k miles max out of the goodyears.

We also KNEW that once you throw on the 2SS and the RS package and throw in the sweet DVD screen or other options such as sunroof or optional wheels etc......of COURSE it's going to be low to mid 40s if you go all in on options! I'm game nonetheless.

I don't think that's a DVD screen......

I configured a ZL-1 convertible. I wish that once you had it done, you could have a clean picture. It looks like they 'cut out' part of the top to illustrate something, but I don't understand what.
