Nope, almost looks like gum or something, have you tried to scrape it with your finger nail and see if it comes off?

Tried cleaning it when I got car. I thought it was just a chalk mark or something but it seems like it is maybe bondo or some other sealer. Its hard and I would have to scrape it off if I want it off. Just living with it but it looks funny a black car with a pink mark there. It is perfectly centered so I thought it was some assembly line mark but I dont know. I bought the car before the dealer prepped it so maybe they take the mark off in PDI.

Looks almost like a paint pen or something. Had a few marks similar on my car when I got it. Headlight and tail off on passenger side. Took clay and cleaner wax to remove. I’m under the impression body shops use pens like that. Perhaps the car was in a slight fender bender if you got it used and those marks were put in place to aid in realignment? Just thinking out loud.

I guess anything is possible. I bought the car with 30 miles on it but who knows what happens during transit and test driving. I wish someone who worked at GM would see this and maybe explain it. Thanks to all for the input.
