Not GM's ground effects, however if your ground effects can support a 4"outlet your good

There is a significant improvement over stock. However the are not super loud as they are only axle back's. If you where to do a resonator delete and replace with an X pipe on either the L99 stock exhaust (seen above/auto trans) or the LS3 (manual trans) and replace the stock cans with these... You'll be considerable louder. Increase in sound can be further achieved by doing a CAT delete or headers both LT or Shorties and High flow CATS. Budget set up means a resonator delete, X pipe install and a axle back exhaust of your choice (like these) or just these axle backs with stock foward. What I cant speak too is how much drone you'll hear at cruising speeds (2000 to 2400 RPMs). With the current set up above, I did have some drone, however nothing I though significant and I drive with my radio loud anyway. Drone is a tolerance of the driver.
