gonna revive this fantastic thread in hopes I can get a lot of opinions/feedback. LLT IPF kit with all the stock parts that came with it. Car had been squealing/squeaking for months now. Cold temps haven’t done it any favors either. Sometimes after a decent drive the noise goes away...or I can drive 2 hours and it’ll go start to finish. I’ve heard belts, misalignments, bad pulleys, etc. I honestly don’t know what if is and I want to make sure it’s diagnosed correctly before ordering stuff. Most I’ve been told is belt but it’s weird because wouldn’t the belt not ever stop squealing? Pm me if you can provide any help. I could send videos by phone if necessary. Thanks!

Start with the cheapest option and slowly replace. Belt...bearings....etc. My car squeaks when it’s cold so I think it’s the belt but I haven’t confirmed that yet. I’ll let you know. Send me a message with what you’re dealing with and I’ll send you what mine sounds like

Has anyone changed out the serpentine belt without removing the supercharger? Or does it need to be unmounted to remove the belt?

No you don't need to do anything to remove the belt other than use a 1/2" breaker bar to rotate the tensioner. Belt comes off pretty easy with two people doing it. Just have a diagram up on how to put the new belt back on.

You may be able to have Will from Overkill tune it provided IPF didn't lock down the ECU.
