Shifter knob

I have a 2011 2SS/RS with the six speed that came with the factory Hurst shot throw shifter. My question is: Can I remove the leather knob on the shifter that came from the factory and replace it with the round Hurst knob? If so, how do I do this and where can I purchase the round Hurst knob. Thanks for any help you can give!!!!!!

Shifter knob

Thanks, yeah it's close. On my 2010 Hurst short throw it had the white knob with the 1-6 pattern. How hard is it to remove the factory leather knob? If I could find a used knob that would work to. Thanks again...

No. The factory knob is a push on and all Hurst aftermarket shift knobs are threaded.

The factory knob can be removed by pulling. Just give it a sold tug and it'll pop off.
