IROC much like TRANS AM are names of races and are licensed not sold. The last Trans AM had a license fee of around one grand. Thats why GM came up with the Firebird formula it had everything the Trans am had except license fee(around 1000) cheaper.

Doubt you'll see an IROC Camaro coming back. It made sense when there was actually and IROC, and the series raced Camaros. Now, what would be the point?
