That is an intercooler reservoir tank. You think they would put a fuel cell in the engine bay? That sounds like a good way to commit suicide.

That is an Intercooler tank, possibly a Canton brand, haha.

He has a MAFia, Intake, Whipple 2.3 with what looks to be a smaller Pulley and a few dress up items. The Factory intercooler tank would be there in lieu of the polished one, and usually when buying a TS blower, they upgrade the reservoir.

Again, not a fuel cell, ha.

If he had Nitrous (Provided you are thinking that) and he had the 2.3 Whipple, he is closer to the 800 RWHP range then. Last whipple 2.3 Cobra I saw with a 150 Shot was putting down 82x RWHP on 23 PSI with full exhaust/bolt-ons and meth.

Do this

If you feel like you want to race him, say you will race for like 100.00 since you have no clue what he has going on under the hood.

That's kinda cheap.

I have to say I like how his mustang looks like a sleeper, other than it looks lowered.

Ask if you can look at his rear differential and axles to see if he changed them.

If he installed a live axle, perhaps do not race him at all.....

All 03-04 Cobras came from the factory with an advertised HP rating of 390. Do you think there was a "Terminator" option available? There wasn't.

I agree with you on the driver aspect.

Not up on Mustang vs. Vette on the road courses, so I can't comment there.
The GT500 and ZL1 were about 50/50 on the road course lap times might want to recheck.
And No the GT will not beat the 1LE on a road course. Maybe one day they will get a Boss and 1LE together at the same track, same day and same driver and see what they do. But different days different drivers different weather conditions is not the best to base a conclusion on.

All you have to do is look at the different dates. The Corvette C6 Z06 is on there 3 times....runs around VIR from 2:53-3:01 same car other than the Z07 version with the fastest time

LOL yes I do think they would do that. In fact, I'm certain they do it all the time. Everybody on here knows everything about cars now don't they.
