I noticed you still have not answered my question about what is the meaning of your screen name. Why is your screen name POLICE written backwards and upside down? Are you LEO, family LEO, or you just another COP HATTER? It's a simple question asking for a simple answer.

And yes...it is valid.

For example, in the photos, the officer, more likely than not, knows the exact distance from Crown to where he was sitting at Station. So it's a matter of timing cars coming from that intersection. Furthermore, many roads have marks on them that serve this exact purpose, to measure time and distance. In fact, those lines that mark lanes, are all the exact same length, with the exact same spacing. An officer can use those to pace as well. Pass so many lines in one one thousand, two one thousand, and whala, over 75 mph. Time and distance

Not saying you are guilty, just that pacing involves more than just following you at a certain rate of speed.

I second this. Once calibrated and certified at the factory, I don't know of ANY organization that requires it to be done again.
I did witness a judge throwing out a ticket when a defendant asked if the police car had the original size and type of tire that came on the car- the cop was like WTF and the judge dismissed the ticket with a court fee and no points. I think the judge was just cranky.

The question always dodged by the OP- he says he never "floored" it, but was he on it really hard? Never been answered. I'd put money on it if it wasn't "floored" it was damn close. He posts with pride about being loud and obnoxious to other drivers.

The only reason why he gave you a ticket is because you pulled over without him even lighting you up. In his mind it was literally "well that was easy.". Not being a dick, but you kinda made yourself look guilty. Thats essentially like someone robbing a guy and when the cop walks up to him the guy already has his hands out and says "cuff me." Next time unless he flags you down, just move over a lane but dont pull over. Not to mention if they didn't ACTUALLY tag you, ask for proof. Happened to me plenty of times just because cops like pulling over nice cars. I have been told similar to this and I just ask for proof and have drive away free.
