New Member from Northern VA Area - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Just wanted to check in and introduce myself. I’ve been reading a lot of threads before signing up and getting really good information so I decided to just join and hopefully I can add some value to this great forum.

So I am very close to Manassas, VA and about an hour away from Summit Point in WV. I hope to get my 2016 SS to the dragstrip and track sometime next spring/summer. This is my first ever muscle car coming off sport two wheel machines in the 600cc/110hp range. I’m looking forward to building my Camaro SS from a car with some bolt-ons that was very we’ll taken of to a machine that has a little something more under the hood.

Thanks in advance for having me and thanks to all the skilled and experienced Camaro owners out there for sharing all your valuable information to us.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.
