Adding the RDS "Maggie Max" blower plates to the TVS2300
I will be doing a complete write up for RDS Blower plates for the TVS2300.
they have been a key part of the Maggie max package offered before. they come as a complete kit ready for even the "DIY" crowd. Proven results, reducing actual blower temperatures and keeping IAT's out of the stratosphere. this kit I will be installing also has a ported and ceramic coated lower tub and a 102mm inlet. keeping them makes them even better... stay tuned. |

Just did your 1" spacer on a TBSS 402ci/maggie. Big inlet temp decrease and pulls to 7000rpm cleanly now. Before it would just die off early. Great stuff.

They really do stay cooler now, I had the Camaro on the dyno all day last summer down @ Dallas Performance and it never got hot to the touch. Belt slip is not much of a factor after removing all that restriction under the intercooler either. |

Can I get some info on this what is it that is being done to the Maggie to reduce the iat and what other gains or improvements are associated with the change and pricing?

I designed a phenolic plate to be added between the two manifolds This material isolates the heat of the engine from the supercharger. This allows the intercooler to do its job, which is cooling the incoming air removing virtually all existing heat soak . Raising the intercooler off the floor of the lower manifold also increases plenum volume and removes restriction allowing a clear path to the intake ports. The supercharger is literally cool to the touch pull after pull. All this equals more HP.
