Love your car. The best color available on the Camaro hands down and this car should have come factory with the black lights. Makes the rear end much more eye appealing.

There are sponsors here that sell them. At the time, the third brake light was hard to find, but I was lucky enough to find a brand new one from a member here. The price has now doubled on them. I found the best deal on the taillights from a dealer on eBay. That could have changed now too.

Oh lol. I just saw dark tail lights. I called Gen5diy and ordered the harness. The Homelink I found at a salvage yard.

I swapped out the plastic knee pads with leather knee pads. It looks so much better now. I wish there was a simple way to swap the top piece on the door panels.

My wife cut some vinyl to change the color of the Camaro letters on the engine covers. We also added a Rotofab CAI with sound tube delete along with a personal touch. I think it turned out great.

We had a great time at Camaro Fest the last couple of days. We battled the heat and struggled to Drag Race and do the Camarocross. It was a lot of back and forth and the poor car was putting in work with no cool down time. We ended up taking first place in the SS Stock drag race class and second place in the C3 Camarocross class.

How does the vinyl hold up on the engine cover? I bought a rotofab at the fest and they gave me some blue rotofab decals so I want to do the engine cover to match just worried they won’t stay on with all the heat?

I autocrossed and drag raced all day yesterday with no cool down and everything still looks new.
