I see only 1 problem, too expensive for the mileage on it, I'd try to talk them down a couple of grand for sure. I'd wonder why the ma & pa dealer has it versus a large dealer. I'd check carfax, autocheck, and just check the car over well. Give it a solid test drive with a mix of driving like low speeds, highway speed. It's a gorgeous car for sure with the factory ground effects, wheels, IOM exterior with Orange leather & trim interior is a great combo, and sunroof is a big bonus.

Thanks, on first thought I covered all the questions you mentioned. Car fax is clean. The mom&pop has a few muscle cars and tries to keep them in stock along with its mid level luxury lineup. Asked if there was wiggle room in the price and sales guy replied yes so for sure I know i can get 2k dropped with question. Since I'm pre approved he has the sale if we can agree on the right price.

Test drive is definitely need to be down again. I got to give her a cruise in streets but the contrustion going on for a the new development restricted me from give it any throttle. Plus way to many pedestrians. I'm looking forward to a highway test to open it up and feel the car. Setup an appointment with the sales guy to test it the proper way on Wednesday. .

After speaking with the sales guy over the phone telling him I needed a better test drive situation on the highway. He graciously offered that I take it out for a full hour or whatever is needed for me to feel comfortable before the purchase of this vehicle starts.

"Pre-approved" doesn't mean jack, if I'm honest. Just a marketing gimmick to get you ready to buy.
Price is a bit high - if you could snag it for 20, that would be a steal.
Keep in mind the 21" wheels get expensive for replacement tires.
The '11 has a different rear sway bar setup than the 2012+ 5th gens. The car would greatly benefit from the newer-style rear suspension.

Great looking car, though.

Shibbs, thanks for the info on the rear suspension stuff something I'll definitely look into. The pre-approved stuff was all on my own doing actually. I'm dealing with my credit union directly for capital to buy from private or dealer.

My goal is to snag it for 20 but my high 21.5

Force the dealer scrap the junk 21" wheels and buy OEM 20's or knock an additional $2k off.

Hopefully you were $18k + TTL out the door, because that was the dealer book value with those rims.

Fair amount of miles; It isn't a deal breaker but on the other hand you could shop around. Its a good looking model, but don't get stuck on it. You may find a better deal on a car with lower mileage.

Good luck.
