Ls3 springs help!

Hello everyone, I'm looking some advice, my camaro when purchased came with a cam, but the original owner could not verify the specs. So I I would like to have a spring job done Maybe rockers and lifters? I'm hearing a slight squeak from it so I believe it's going to need some attention. Any help or point me in the right direction would be great

If your putting heavier springs in your going to want hardened valve seats.
Honestly if your going to get into it probably better to pull the heads and do it complete.
While your in there you can verify the cam.
I know some guys don't prefer it but I went with solid stainless valves, double springs, and hardened seats. CNC ported and grooved not polished.
I've seen the hollow stem, and titanium valves break. Stainless is heavy and a bit noisier but stronger.
Everybody has their own ideas. This is just how I look at it.
