VA is not far from where I am in NC (avg. temp. about 33 for low to avg. high of 53 in Feb.). Been using the summer PZERO tires year-round for a few years. They do ok on winter days here. On colder than usual days for this area, the tires do have flat-spotting some days for a couple minutes when first starting out in the morning. No signs of any cracking at all. I do use a little caution for the cloverleaf highway on ramp when starting out in the a.m.
