Sold it! Preparation for a New Car!

I sold my beautiful Camaro in anticipation of buying another Corvette. I won't be able to do that for a few months, but saving for that at the moment. It won't be a new Vette, but it will be awesome.

Trust me, I was not unhappy with my Camaro, except for the terrible resale value. That car was far more than I ever hoped for in every respect...especially performance wise.

I have a bunch of bolt ons I will be selling in the near future. I will be at CamaroFest in July and could deliver some of the items if they don't sell on the forum.

You guys are great and I will continue lurking on this and the 5th gen site. Thanks for all the expert help in making my Camaro something special.

+1....Paris is one of the last, honest good guys!!

Good luck with your latest 'Vette....look forward to hearing all about it...

My guess is after the Corvette, a 7thGen Camaro will be in the picture for you...

Good luck, again.

Yep, that's about the gist of my car buying experience, except it was: Corvette-Camaro-Camaro- Corvette- Corvette- Camaro and now a new 2017 Silverado for a while...lol.

Good luck with the next Vette.

Can't go wrong with a that. I almost bought one.

I like that 66 in previous cars. Here is my recently sold 67 SS 396 4 speed muncie all matching numbers.

I am extremely blessed to have had a wonderful life with performance cars. I have run the Nurburgring 20 laps, I've raced Ferraris Porsches and Mercedes on the Autobahn and Autostrada, I-'ve raced (you name it) in the German/Swiss/Italian Alps and enjoyed (survived) every minute of it...lol.

I want a very low mileage 2004 Corvette Lemans Commemorative Z06/Z16 option. Google it.

SS

Awesome car. Mine was a 66 navy blue SS, 4 speed, positraction, 396 375 HP monster. With those skinny red line tires, the power was almost worthless, but I didn't know it at the time. It was a great car that I traded for the 68 Dodge Charger R/T 440 375 HP which was faster than the SS. I ordered my Chevelle direct from the factory and picked it up in June 1966. What an Experience that was.

Well, to get my job, you have to be old and retired. USAF 45 years and then you can buy a different car every 2 years (or less)...lol.
