Question Driver side clicking noise when raising seat

Today I installed a few things (hardwire dash and subwoofer) in my car and noticed a weird clicking noise when the seat is being raised. It only occurs when the seat drops low enough and brought back up. It is not possible to trigger the clicking noise within a second of raising and lowering. It'd have to lowered two seconds and more before raising it to trigger the noise.

With a flashlight and looking under, the sound seems to be coming from the relay box (black box on the driver's left hand side). It was not coming from the motor nor a plastic rubbing against each other. Almost sounds like a loud switch being flicked up/down.

Anyone have this issue?

Not sure if I should bring this to the dealership to check it out as I never raise my seat that high but still annoying to have.
