Tunes arent required for this intake.. but it helps you from leaning out and you get the max HP out of the install.. I love mine.. but I paid a short small margin.

Sorry guy's i've been busy and got side-tracked for a few day's. Here are pic's: This was only on my car for about 3 weeks and only a few hundred miles before i pulled the plug and sent my Camaro to LPE. It's basically brand new.

He's right... a tune is not required and you will still gain a big difference with this intake. A difference that you can certainly feel, but to get the most out of it i suggest getting a tune or at least down the road getting one. |

I also have an SCT Handheld Tuner that will work great with this set-up.
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=99924 If anyone is intersted, i could make you a package deal to ship them both together. |

Not to go off-topic but very nice car.
That is the route I was wanting to go with mine but was not sure since I could not find anyone with Gloss Black wheels on CGM. |

The original plan was to use the stock wheels for the drag only and i bought a set of brush forged wheels for everyday use that i havent put on yet. Everyone keeps saying how much they really like the black ones though. We used "Hot Rod Gloss Black" and added a flexadditive to help prevent rock chips on the wheels. I suggest it as everyone that see's the car, its the first thing they mention. |
