Thinking of going Flex Fuel want advice

I have a Kraftwerks SC with 70mm pulley along with ZL1 fuel pump ADM FPCM and FIC 850cc injectors. I made 590RWHP at 55% duty cycle. I was looking to do the Flex Fuel DSX upgrade. What do you think of adding a BAP and the DSX kit. They say 30% so that would bring my injectors as far as I should go. Do you think I will need more than the BAP? This is probably going to be my last upgrade until I get a newer ZL1.

Get the DSX flex kit with aux pump. I did and haven't looked back. Have the ZL1 Pump, BAP, DSX updated FPCM (ADM should be fine).

I also have 1050x injectors on mine too. You may need to bump up to those...

Even though my injectors are only at 55% now? I thought it added 30% so that would be 85% unless I misunderstood. That should be pretty good injector wise. However it sounds like you have a SC ZL1 pump modded FPCM BAP and still added a aux pump? Do you have cam headers etc. What kind of RWHP are you at?

You’ll need room to grow. You can start with the 850s (I did) but as soon as you add boost, you’ll run out fast. When I pushed past 650 RWHP, it was very obvious I need more injector. I’m at the point again where I’ll need to consider 1300Xs as my next upgrade...

Just a word of caution... your 30% is an ‘estimate’, could be more or less. I’m at 95% without meth, 82-85% DC with meth at WOT...

E85 takes a lot of pump and injector with boost.

I made 723 rwhp 93 pump and 760 rwhp E85.

I went with:
DSX flex fuel sensor
ID 1300x
ZL1 pump
DSX aux pump

If I'd known about it, I'd have done the DW400 pump instead of the ZL1 pump though.

Just can't find them in stock anywhere....

Would that single pump eliminate the need for a second pump or a BAP?

If you get the DSX aux pump you won't need a bap. A injector upgrade is a solid idea as well. 850s on E85 would be very close to maxed out at your power level. We can get you a package deal on the sensor, the pump and some injectors if you like. We have some pretty solid deals on them.

“Very conservative estimates 750 e85 and over 1,000 pump.”
