I don't know about all of the labor for parts.

I installed my header in 2 hours.
I installed my Edelbrock E-Force in 12 hours.

maybe 15 hours for the Cam plus the LSA, they seem to be double dipping there.

I was quoted $3800 to do cam w/ DOD delete
Install convertor
swap rear diffs.

Doesnt sound too far out of line.

I cant afford that kind of money, so I am going to have to tackle all of this myself.

Then ask whoever quoted you where the time goes ?

But obviously there is the unit itself, plumbing, fuel rails/plumbing, belt setup and any lines/rads/plumbing for chargecooling.

15 hours could be, probably is a lot, but without a full breakdown hard to say

More importantly would be, is the shop reputable and competent, and have done this before to ensure you get a good outcome ?
Paying a little more for good honest reputable work, is worth far more than the cheapest quote.

Installing a supercharger kit is a lot more than just bolting on the blower.
Heat exchanger, plumbing, wiring, pulleys, injectors, intake..

As I said in an earlier post. I installed my Edelbrock E-Force S/C in 12 hours in my garage with the help of my buddy. This was the first S/C that I have ever installed, going one step at a time by the instruction manual.

We wouldn't charge anywhere near that price. Most installs overlap a bit and we would never charge for doing the same processes twice. For that price you can ship it to us and back and probably still save some cash.
