Hehe... Nothing like a nice light 4th Gen FBody for a drag car.. Mine went back in 2003 or so a 10.33 @ 129, stock bottom, heads/cam. I still have it now it sits as a 25.5 roller sitting in my garage.

Yeah, stock stall with the 10.99. Any faster was with the 2600. There are guys, who can shift, at 750 rwhp struggling to hit 10.5's with much much more than just a blower. It's harder than it appears in a 4200lb IRS car. But I do wish you the best of luck if you so choose to tackle this endeavor!!

I switched to a th 400 on a Lsx 4th gen and it slowed me down

To heavy of tranny and robbed power
If u can hook a stick and shift it
It's always faster

Til it's like a 8sec car then it's a lil tricky

Big Dog had an 800 rwhp M6 car with every mod possible. With the M6 it wouldn't crack the 10.5 barrier. Enter the T400 and hello 9.82.

Auto will be easier with irs and heavy ass car
