I submitted my pass a few weeks ago for the stock displacement/ bolt-ons only ZL1 fast list. Did I do something wrong? It was post 1568. I took the time to submit it, so it would be appreciated if it’s added to the list.

BMW you are making progress. Good job. You just gotta get the 60 ft lower. Are you leaving off idle or bringing up on the converter?

Thanks laynlo15, air is cooling off and the track up here will be closing soon. Went back today and tried a little weight reduction, namely pulling the passenger and rear seat out. Helps a little bit. Will be making a new post about that.

Update for my SS bolt-on entry in Category #3. Still has intake manifold, 95tb, cai, e85 tune, drag pack with radials, smaller battery, driveshaft loop. Still has a completely stock exhaust system. This time out, removed the passenger seat and rear seat.

I was launching off the converter, and never tried leaving off idle. I've only made 6 or 7 passes in this car so far, so not much time to experiment. Do you think it'll be quicker leaving off idle?
