Difference between scoop/washer bottle's?

So from what I can see Janetty, ADM, and Apex sell their own scoop and washer bottle combos. Is their any difference between them? I mean a scoop is a scoop right??

Interested in the same thing. A scoop is a scoop but quality of the combo is important. I don't want a made it China import that's going to break.

When we set out to develop our washer tank relocation kit we had no intentions of also developing a scoop. We just planned on using the only scoop that was available at the time. Pretty quickly we realized that the thin material and multi-piece riveted construction of that scoop was pretty flimsy and we did not want our product associated with that level of quality (or lack thereof).

With that we took a different approach. First, we selected a thicker gauge material and developed a design that could be cut as a single piece with the exception of one panel. Once it is cut out it is put on a press brake to bend it into shape and the seams are welded. Once that is done they are sent to powder coating and then they are boxed up and put on a shelf ready to be shipped. The ENTIRE process takes place right here in Louisville, Ky..

I went with the Apex scoop deal. IMO I like it better than the Roto Fab one.

I think the Roto-fab washer bottle has a little bigger capacity, if that's a concern.

Not really an issue. I very rarely use it. I mean in the 8 months or so that I've owned the car I've filled up the washer bottle once.

That is correct, it is slightly larger. Tank to tank the Roto-Fab tank holds about 1 quart than our tank. Of course, our tank is not visible in the engine compartment and will not interfere with the installation of strut tower braces or other aftermarket parts.
