Give your insurance a copy of the new tires receipt. If the car is not recovered they
should make adjustment (not 100%) to add something to the pre loss value of your
stolen car.

That sucks! My understanding is that property crime/theft is very low in Roseville and Placer County as a whole. I know I wouldn't hesitate to park my vehicle outside in this region of the greater Sacramento area.

Mine has 2,600 miles with every option except NPP (put on a Borla catback though). I have to wonder if it's worth keeping the low miles to see if it appreciates in value or just drive the crap out of it.

I do wish the wheels were 20" instead of 21" so I could melt the tires down without looking at $800 for each tire.

You can go with a slightly different size 21" tire that will cut the cost considerably.

Lexani LX 20 size 255/40/21 and 295/35/21 will go on with NO problems at all.
Look them up and compare the costs.

An entire set can be had for $580.

Better than those shitty Pirellis as well........

Happy Motoring!!

Yeah I noticed that on Tire Rack's site that if you go from 275 to 295 the price was about half. Not sure why that even makes sense. Also wondered if the 295 would fit as it's not significantly wider.

This sticker is on the frame behind the mufflers. Looks like pretty detailed build information. Could be my car was the 546th DSE built out of a total 1012.

It's YOUR car, enjoy it. Drive and enjoy your car and the heck with resale. At the end of the day it's a SS with an appearance package. I don't say that to be mean, I say it because these cars aren't going to go up in value for another 40+ years if ever and the cars people will likely go after are the high performers. Look at the 60's Camaros. Everyone wants a ZL-1, Yenko, COPO, etc. The bigger the engine and more power/better performing the more desirable. IMO, the high dollar cars will be ultra low VIN 2010's (pre-production models), ZL1's, and Z/28's.

I track these pretty extensively for the Registry.
