We have seen great results with these products. We use the D3 products on all our ZL1 packages now. Good to see another houston shop doing well.

Ok, have a question, I had to come back to Afghanistan before I could put hands on these, and in reading this thread; http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=359125
I was wondering for those that have the reservoir, how is it to be filled/checked/topped off??

I have them and they are indeed beautifully made. They have been keeping my temps in line. To check fluid levels and fill just open the big cap!

Open the cap on top when fluid is cool.... They get very very hot so please don't try to open when hot. Super great product never a need to burp or bleed....

I don't have any problems since I replaced the pump but here is how I used to do it. With engine off, fill reservoir to very top. Start car and watch fluid in reservoir, if it is moving continue to add water until it is as full as possible. At this point it will either stop flowing or it will look very full and continue to flow. I should mention that generally speaking there is zero pressure in this system, you don't have to worry about hot fluid blowing off as soon as you remove the cap....It won't happen. Sometimes while you are filling the reservoir with the engine running, some of the air works its way down to the pump and the pump shuts off. If it stops flowing turn the car off, wait a couple of minutes and restart the car. If the pump turned off because of air, the bubble will move somewhere else(I suspect the heat exchanger) and the pump will have water when you restart the car. Refill the reservoir with the engine running and repeat. If the reservoir seems full and flowing, drive the car for a few blocks and then remove the cap again, you may be surprised that after just a block or 2 the reservoir is now half empty and sometimes the pump is not running again. When it continues to flow with a full reservoir... you finally got all the air out. Sometimes it fills pretty easy, sometimes you have got to take a few rides, and I would check it again periodically until you know it is full because sometimes some air seems to be stuck in the exchanger for a while. I think it is worse when you get the supercharger so hot that it blows straight steam into the exchanger. I haven't done this since last summer....but summer is almost here again.....
