Home Depot (or Lowes) -> Plasti-Dip, used it for the chrome strip and all badges (bowties, SS, CAMARO).

If you got the RS tail light blackouts, I recommend doing the headlights and side markers first, to get some practice. Applying the tint to the RS lights was tricky, and I may have to do mine again.

Thanks for all of the info. This forum is a blessing and a curse because I learn allot but I always find myself buying something. Good ideas though. I need to get my windows tinted so I am going to ask them to do my headlights, taillights and side markers as well using my big worm kit. I do not have enough patience lol. I can shoot a sniper rifle but getting a sticker in place I get all shakey.

Ordered an Oracle Led Light kit and scheduled it for an Xpel clear bra installation.

Well, where to start. So the Temp. here today in Bristol, TN was like 7° all day and now its less. Probably like -4°

But anyway, it freaked me out because I didnt want mah baby out there in this weather, so I cleaned out our garage on the side that we were originally gonna put the car but originally kinda stopped in the middle of the project when we got it a few years ago. So basically I got the car in here all nice and situated. Then I got to looking at it in this nice safe environment and realized how dirty she is! So I went to Walmart, stared at the car stuff for a while and got meh some of this and this and like 16 microfiber towels. Ended up spending like 31$.

So I got home. The results were... AMAZING.

The waterless car wash gives it the best shine it has ever had. Period. Then I used the scratch remover, got those annoying ass cob web scraches out, and waxed.

Guys. This. Is. Literally. The. Shiniest. Car. I. Have. Ever. Seen.

So now this is the beginning of nursing the car back to the beginning of its birth of original quality of cleanliess.

I just posted a thread asking about the Maguaires Wash and Wax. I got one reply from one who has used it and another one from another who directed me to a website autogeek.net. This group sells several types of W&W products. So, now I have a selection of products to choose from. At this point I have two "eye witnesses" of the use of the Maguaires, so I think I will go with that first. Thank you for the information about your experience with this. BTW my post was moved to the Waxes and Washes group.
