So....about updating that list. Or anyone interested in creating a new one and living forever in a sticky?

I'm looking to lower my V6. I noticed Pfadt and Pedders are the two good ones out there. Any feedback on those brands? Since its a daily driver I'm debating whether I should just the lowering springs + upgraded bushings and arms or should I get coil overs + bushings and arms. I'm pretty sure many ppl wil say coilovers. But can I really benefit from coilovers? I'm not going to be adjusting the ride height or going to the drag strip. I just want to have good handling on the interstate.

What up fellow V6ers! Had a question, I would like to eliminate a bumpy ride when crossing railroad tracks. I do have 22s so that may be part of the issue but was curious if there's a way to minimize the impact. Any suggestions? Thx!

Time for this sticky thread to be updated and brought back to life for all the new V6 folks coming in and asking questions and a place to go and see what is available. I am going to ask to take over this thread, then look for everyone to help bring items into this thread. I will need the help of many to make this happen.

I'm down for that. Will take work, but it could be done.
Exhausts do not need to be added here (leave that to the exhaust thread of course) but headers would need to be here. The exhausts in the first post should be removed. Not sure if pricing information needs to be added, unless you just wanted to throw out a ball park figure. I can see the information being divided up into sections (sort of like it is now) perhaps with a short description at the top of each section to quickly list expected power gain and anything else that may be important, then displayed by Company / Product type / range of cost. Is that what you are thinking?

Let's start off with a couple thank - you's
Keith, Thank - you for the help in getting this changed over so that I can help to get it updated. Milk1027, Thank - you for starting this thread. Great start and will be even better once I have some time to put into the work on it. Tran, Thank - you for providing me with the OP, so that I can bring this thread up to speed on our performance parts. To EVERYONE else, Please help me out and offer up posts of new performance items that you may have to include on the list. I know many of them already, matter of fact almost all of them. However, it will take some time to get them listed. If anyone has any ideas they want to see added, please post it up or send me a PM. I am looking at the one for the LFX to get more ideas on what to do with this performance list. What I can tell you so far is I will not be listing anything to do with Mufflers as we already have a FANTASTIC sticky that covers all of that information. I will be looking to add some items for handling and suspension, but will not be getting into the detail shown on the LFX page. That looks like a ton of work. So with that said, look for some changes to start showing up by the end of the week. I started a sheet at home to work with first and then will copy it to the forum once I have some of it worked out.
