How do I get the dealer to fix A8 shudder issue

I am taking in my 2ss A8 in again tomorrow for the shudder issue. I already had the flush around 13k miles and now im at 25k. It actually started doing it again around 18k but it was very hit and mis so i was waiting for it to get worse. Question is how do i get them to actually fix the car? They told me that GM is calling this issue "normal" when i set up the appointment

. Obviously its not so is it the dealer or GM?

From what Ive read next step is torque converter then transmission. Good luck.

I've had the torque converter replaced when mine started and it's slowly coming back, so that's not a fix either.

At 17k miles, my 2016 has developed the famous shutter. Wow it's annoying as fck! Can't wait to dump this POS when my lease is up in 4 mos. Bye gm!

That bulletin for TCC shudder was just updated (again) on 9/4 with additional diagnostic information that a technician should collect on a roadtest. Getting someone to drive the vehicle, properly flush it and recheck is probably the primary challenge most owners would deal with.

I am in the same boat about 5 months left for me then i am done myself with GM. This will be last time i go back to dealer to fix or temp fix this shudder BS other then giving the car back when my lease is up LOL! Sons of bitches wont even budge on a loaner/rent a car unless i pay. Shit hole dealer... "Bical Chevrolet, NY"
