Brake pads (not ceramic)

Ok. Ive read a lot and I also currently have ceramic pads on my car.

Factory pads dusted wayyyyyy wayyyy too much for me. So I put ceramic pads on it. Powerstop evolution 16s. No dust, but I think they are too hard and damaging rotors.

I’m swapping to 6 piston fronts and I have stock ZL1 pads but I don’t want to use them. And I don’t want ceramic. I want just a normal pad that won’t dust like crazy. Is this too much to ask?

I was looking at raybestoes street performance pads. And also saw power stop track day. But I’m guessing those will dust like stock pads or worse. Which I am not ok with. I am ok with a normal amount of brake dust and I know that more dust=better performing pad but I just can’t deal with brembo pad levels brake dust on a daily driver.

TLDR: want something softer than ceramic pads but some that don’t dust as bad as stock pads.
