I've noticed this with a lot of new car designs; they don't photograph particularly well. Jaguar comes to mind, they look much more impressive in person than in photos.
Justin at american muscle said the new mustang is smaller than the 2014 and not any wider nor does it look wider, He said it does look lower to the ground and sleeker due to the curves. The 2013 mustang is more of a muscle car, this newer one is more sporty imo.

The 2015 is 3mm longer, 13mm wider and 38mm lower. So the only dimension that got smaller is height.

*some of these specs are unclear. I see conflicting info saying it's actually .2 inches shorter, 1.5 inches wider and lost 1.4 inches in height . Bottom line is it's considerably shorter and wider than the previous model. It also picked up 2" in rear track.

After seeing more videos of this car I'm still on the fence. I want to love it, but I don't hate it either. Depending on what Chevy and Dodge do for the next gen Camaro and Challenger I might trade in my Camaro for a 2017.

With all the new engine enhancements I can see the new 5.0 getting a bump in power

Looks good to me. The black wheels really help it's case, same as the C7. That ass!

I like what Ford has done to the 2015 Mustang, but it is still growing on me.
Here is a picture of a current model vs. '15 - it does look a lot more sporty:

The Camaro is already sold in many markets around the world

Even saw a 5th gen in Barcelona while I was on a work trip!

I like it... because I like the sleek fastback styling and lower profile. It'll make my '12 look like a tall brick. Good thing mine is a Boss302 though.

Btw, here are some latest pics compared to the current '13-'14 (S197 chassis) coupe.

Agree! The 13-14 looks way better and performs great. The 15 looks like a Honda accord coupe from the side and I like the Honda accord coupe . Just not as a mustang .
