Where's the best place to buy touch up paint. I don't want to just get any generic brand. I want to make sure the match is as close as possible.

Do an online search using your paint code; you can find exact matches on eBay, amazon & many other sites. AutoZone & many other local auto parts stores also carry exact matches.

I ordered wheel and body color touch up paint from paintscratch.com and it matched perfectly

Dealer sold me touch up paint with clear coat for 21 bucks. I don't think that's a crazy price for factory GM paint.
