Yes, you will use the bolts and hardware from you old diffuser.

I went the 1LE way and this is the second time I've done it. I had a 2010
1LT/RS that was the first time I did this to and then I traded that for a SS and ended up doing it again since I couldn't find an aftermarket diffuser that really wanted to mod to. Love the look and of course I had the diffuser painted to match since I feel the OEM look, just looks unfinished to me.
