And yes still playing with slick air pressures. I think you were on to something the other day about running on a cold track. I've never ran this car on a sub 50* day at the track. I knew it made power like crazy, I just have never had to see how the track would hold up. My 2nd pass, I had already improved it drastically to a 1.55 60ft. So if I can get a good track prep and an all our hard launch, I think it's got a 1.53 60 ft in it. I'm still happy to be in Terry's company in the 11.50 club!! |

I'd like to go there too! I got a couple of things to get lined out for my next run at it. I've only had 2 passes on this wheel size combo so I haven't had a chance to try different things.

So you went all the way down to Baytown just to make 2 passes? If you would, send me a PM the next time you do something crazy like that because I have not got to try my new tires and wheels and I might be crazy enough to go with you. Nice times by the way!

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same. Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different. I can't wait for my next Track fix.
