A8 Shutters when I get on the pedal

Hey guys. Lately when I get on the pedal it will kick down and hesitates or feels like it slips before it starts to accelerate. Almost feels like a quick shutter than starts to get up and go.

Does this sound like the TC issue? I have 10k miles on the car and it just started happening. I have to take the car in for a recall so I will obviously mention it to the tech. I am thinking it is the TC issue.
