jeez man, that's nuts, I'd definitely file a harassment claim to the city or something, at least his boss would go to town with him.....

What was the weather conditions/ visability at the time she was pulled over. I was cited by local PD going the speed limit, but unsafe speed for the conditions ( BS call....very subjective when there were cars passing me at the time) I hope she got his/her badge number and makes some suggestions to the appropriate people (unless it was the guy that gave you a break).

Wow, lets just say she was drunk and got pulled over for driving the speed limit without weaving ect ect. The charge would get thrown out in court because there was no PC to pull the car over in the first place.

Weather was clear skies, dry pavement, in the 50's. He did leave her his Business Card...so I think he might of just been hitting on her

Funny thing I had gotten pulled over early that same morning by CHP (85 in a 65) but was let go cause of the .mil (USMC brotherhood) hookup (Officer Discretion more likely).

GF told me this happened to one of her employees recently too (pulled over for doing the speed limit), but her dad is a LT in the SFPD...She told the CHP he had no probable cause and of course would be hearing from someone soon over the matter...wonder if someone (CHP officer) got an earful for that one lol...
Did she actually get a ticket? If she did that would really suck!

I was pulled over for blacked out taillights( in the day time) and my phantom grille. The only thing that kept me from being ticketed was the fact i STILL do not have plates. Going on four months now
