does anyone know anything about the new buick regal turbo? it uses a DI motor.

It's a 2.0 DI with turbo that was used in the Soltice, Sky, Colbolt but is tuned down a bit compared to them. The engine is awesome and is built for modding ...

yeah, the LNF is sick, my friend has one in his slowbault thing Always catches me. He has beaten SS's too.

I have a Solstice Coupe GXP with the 2.0T. . . stock has 260hp / 260 tq and will do 0-60 in 5.5 seconds.

GM offers a "Keep Warranty" upgrade kit. . . brings the HP up to 290. . . and Tq. at 340!
Weight around 3k.

It's a fun little car and I think the Regal would be fun as well.

We drove the Regal Turbo with an Automatic last night Not too impressed with the acceleration. Seats were hard but the ride was good. Looks like a quality car.

Buick regal stock is nothing to sneeze at, but these factory turbo'ed cars are usually easy to upgrade to neck breaking power. I almost even signed up for 2.0L turbo genesis but didnt want to go with another turbo car.

The Buick Regal is the sister model of the European Opel Insignia. But over here you can get is as OPC (Top Model) with a 2.8 Liter V6 putting 325hp to the crank. I'd prefer this turbo, since the one from the 2.0 liter model is too small.
