Triple disc clutch issue

14 camaro ZL1 416 stroker
835rwh 813 torque
monster triple disc clutch,zr1 slave, rebuilt tr-6060 trans,nw 102 tb boosted, ported blower and heads,E85,MGW shifter etc.

2 problems I could use some help with please. I have reverse grinding, and 5th gear lockout at WOT(140mph). When I let off throttle for a moment, it will slide in 5th and go. replaced reverse lockout, put a 2nd monster clutch in, measured twice, no shims needed, and still same problem, and did all the obvious, bled the clutch, replaced fluid all done by a Master Tech at the dealership and originally done at a speed shop.

2nd issue, when accelerating with about 1/4 throttle, the motor hesitates, jerks every time and then goes. Got and paid a different tuner, and original tune by the speed shop was the best. $25,000 later and I cant find anyone to help me with this turd. Any suggestions where I can trailer my car to somewhere like RPM transmissions? I'm losing my mind, and so I appreciate any suggestions or at least a direction in who can help me. Thanks guys!
