True. It's easier and faster to drive a stolen Camaro away than to tow it.

That should slow them down to the point you'll be getting off work.

Sorry for your loss OP. So long as insurance pays up, I wouldn't care too much. Get something even better!

I guess you can do that, it's just a hassle if you're ever running late.

Of course you could always get on of these things too, it's quicker:

That would probably be my last resort I'd probably do a removable steering wheel before doing that. I'm thinking of installing a viper alarm I have lying around. Those work really well as they can be set to be super sensitive so if the car moves at all it'll trigger the alarm.

Revelco makes it real tough to steal the car. It is better then just a kill switch. It uses a cap with a number of connections. When you leave your car you take the cap. Each cap for a Revelco installed is different making no one unique key. With the number of combinations a thief would take hours to figure it out. The longer they take the less chance my car will be gone.

The guy at the impound lot told me they are getting ALOT of stolen Camaros. He had about 10 at the lot when he took me to see my car. He said the thieves only want the SS because of the LS3 and L99.
