You are right. Some companies do not do their due diligence. I see no reason I should help them. Use the search button to find the earliest posts on timing bushings when lowering on Camaro5. They were my posts. Other companies said it wasn't necessary. Over time they decided to make posts as though they invented the concept. I was the guy that put 305/30/19s on my Camaro in 2009. They are now on the Z/28. I must have missed the royalty check and thank you note from GM.

I choose to design and.manufacture parts that are proven to perform. I release lap times and track data. I publish that for enthusiasts and to market our products. If I don't release certain information it is for reasons I consider to be valid.

So a company with a wildly successful product quit making it altogether out of guilt over the long wait? That would be a first in American industry I believe.

We need Paul Harvey (and "the rest of the story"). Google him kids.

No, my theory is somebody bought a Pfadt part and probably installed it wrong. Then they went out and drove too fast. Probably wrecked and got a little bit hurt.

Then despite the disclaimers that came with the part, they lawyered up, won a big settlement... and the rest of us lost.

Now that's just a theory, but it makes more sense than the current explanation.

Goood day!

DSE's fr/rr sizes sorta matches the ratio of Pedders. 28:35 vs 27:32

Pfadt's ratio for the ZL bar is 1-1/4" fr & rr. It's the same. A lot of manufacturers were using the same size fr and rr bars. I'm using Pedders 27mm solid front on soft and pfadts 1-1/4" hollow rr on hard. Didn't install pfadts fr bar, sitting in storage. I couldn't use Pedders rear z bar since it slightly scraped my 20x11.5 wheels. Would have preferred 32mm solid rear or a thicker hollow bar. At the time, none were available.

DSE's looks the best for current options. Regardless, take the wrong line and/or carry too much speed and you're going to plow.

Waiting to see JP future products.

+1 I need a suspension overhaul soon and would much rather either Pete's or pdfat's stuff compared to BMR. BMR isn't bad I just feel I could do better with either company.

That post was from quite some time ago. I'm running 1LE bars now (cheap way to do a FE3 to FE4+ conversion), and I will more than likely get a big rear bar soon.
