Diode Dynamics
I've dealt with a lot of people on Camaro5. Everyone is great here, but I recently found and talked to a local company, who are on the forums, in St.Louis called Diode Dynamics. They make their own LED's/lights, etc. in-house and their high quality from my experience thus far, and from other people's comments.
In my specific case, yes, license plate lights might not be too exhilarating for most, and there are a lot of "gets the job done" products out there. Sure, and I get that. Let me ask you this. In everyday life, what attracts you to other people? Mutual respect, patience, knowledge, etc. (lots of additional criteria if you're listing what attracts you to women. haha.). Their customer service was tremendous and that's why I decided to go with their product at Diode Dynamics. I was invited to the shop to take a look at the place and get a free shirt. Not bad, eh? Anyways, here are the color of the stock light: And here is the color of the new HP5 LEDs in cool white (6000K):

I like them bro! I actually just ordered mine a few days ago as well because I thought this website was pretty legit. How many lumens is that? idk if 56 Lumens 6000k cool white is good but those are the ones I went with.

I've got several interior leds from them and been very happy. Their cup holder, door pulls and Trunk LED strip works great!!!

Not only do we have great baseball in St. Louis, but it also looks like we have a great lighting vendor. Works for me.
