the fan running time can be adjusted by a tuner. you don't want the fans on all the time. they are not designed for that and will burn out or cause the power wires to overheat and possibly burn'

This is something I hadn't considered. Thanks for the word of caution. Always need to be aware when attempting to "improve" something that you don't outsmart yourself and create a problem where none existed.

The idea is to do it only at the track and you control how long they run. If the tuner adjusts it, then it is that way all the time unless you run two tunes.

do what you want, but there will be NO difference in elapsed time if you leave the fan on or let the computer do it. so why bother? |
