What's the best way to tell if the blend door is broken without pulling the motor off?

First thing I noticed was the compressor was cycling as it should with the ac on. Second thing I noticed was uneven airflow out of the vents. Then it started to blow entirely hot some days, then cool on others. You can easily access the actuator if you move your seat all the way back, put the small of your back on the rocker panel area, upper back/shoulder area on the floor board, and your head and hands around the pedal area.

Another note, pop your hood with the ac running. Feel the low side line close to the evaporator core that’s going into the firewall. If it’s ice cold, you probably have a broken blend door.

Thanks for your reply, I have chiller and the water for the super charger is ice cold so ac is working but no cold air in the car so I think I have a bad door.

If you use that knife I showed in the first post, the 737mechanic tutorial on YouTube, and remember to cut that inner channel off of the piece you cut out, you’ll be fine. Just take your time on the cut. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Don’t start at the top like he does.
