Yes, there’s a plug with the Pac unit that retains those controls

Haven’t been on here in awhile, I put the cam in myself and the cam installation went pretty good. Changing the valve springs is another story.

Changing the valve springs on the drivers side went smooth, until I got to the pass side doing the #4 cyl the valve compression tool broke & the two valve spring retainer locks went flying. I found one. Then spent the next 3 hrs searching for the other.
Couldn’t find it. Soooo, I pulled the head off to see if it went down there. |

It wasn’t in there but I had to check. I still haven’t found that thing.
Luckily they sent 1 extra. |
