You know what, I'll let you Dustin, Ken and/or Jim duke it out, as I'm pretty much just a consumer when it comes to the twin screw/roots blower comparisons. I understand you are hawking the Magnuson blower and know way more about their capabilities than I likely ever will, but I also think you're being disingenuous when you say that the twin screws are all hype.

Sure, your blower might have advantages in some area, but every SAE article or paper that I have ever read confirms the fact that a twin screw supercharger is more efficient than a roots supercharger of equal displacement. I have also yet to see a roots blower outperform a TS on the track, either.

Sorry I rained on your parade.

this is great just seems like its pushing the capabilites of the engine without replacing some of the internals, which i don't see on that list.

I wondering how many miles you are actually going to get out of your car after putting this on. Especially if you push her hard often. Which, lets face it, thats why you would purchase this mod in the first place...

Did not rain on my parade at all, I just answered your questions. I guess we are just at opposite ends of the spectum when it comes to superchargers, I say TVS you say Screw, I know what I know and you know what you know. Its all good my friend, I am not here to debate, only provide information.

As for being disingenuous, I have tested, installed, worked on, serviced, and provided customer service for BOTH FI options....the fewer complaints and returns were OBVIOUS. I am speaking from experience with BOTH camps, not just one.

Woah awesome!

When do you expect your car to be delivered to Lingenfelter?

Make sure to give us a detailed writeup of your ownership experience when the time comes.

For those that think this is expensive, consider the source, one of the premiere GM hotrod shops in the country.
