Drag/Street setup
Hey guys,
I have a 13 SS with the zl1 brake setup and I was wondering what the best setup for steet/drag would be. I have Forgestar CF5 20x9.5 front and 20x11 rear. I was wondering if I could keep the 20x9.5 up front and order some 18x11 for the rear without throwing off the stabilitrack? Also if not what are some good wheels to order that will work with the front 6 piston break? And lastly, what would be the better tires to run? Any and all help is greatly appreciated Josh |

Im not an expert by any means, but the issue is tire height not width. If there is a height difference of more than 1.5 inches, this will cause all kinds of issues.
I installed a set of factory repos rims. Price is great. I went with NT05 R,s only because of price. They are very pickey with air pressure but hook up really good. Im 650 rwhp. Most of people like the ET street tires better |

Tire size 305/45/18 mounted on factory reproduction ZL1. 18 x 11. They are a little over 28 inches diameter

You'll be fine. I run a michelin pss2 up front and for the track run the factory reps 18" with M&H 325/45/18 in rear. No lights. Guys are running the Hoosiers that run nearly 30" tall in the rear and dont have issues if my memory is right.

I am running the Hoosiers with the factory Repo 18 by 11 and I had to tie the brake cables and pull the fuses.
