trunk won't open after amp upgrade

oh boy, so I upgraded my amp and didn't fully secure it before testing sound. I closed the trunk and sat in the driver seat for about 15 minutes working on the head unit setup. Went back to get in the trunk to finish setting up the amp and the trunk won't open. Tried both the key fob and the door button. no luck. I have a convertible so not easy to get into the trunk from inside the car. Any suggestions?

PAK kit, Kenwood amp and head unit and FARK

thanks

Never mind. Started the car up and it opened with the door button.

Had the same problem when I put a body in mine once. I have to tell you, I was pretty stressed when I got to the river.

if it ever happens, you just pull out the back seat and reach into trunk and pull the emergency trunk lid cable on the inside of trunk lid.
