DWS are one of the better all season tires and good for light snow.

Good Afternoon all,
Is there a part number for the brake pads without the vibration weights that stick out of the caliper? So I can use an 18" wheel and tire? I can deal with some NVH for the winter if it means I can use a higher profile 18" winter tire package..

I also have a 17" 235/55-17 winter package from my G8 GT..if I can clear Brembos with a different brake pad..i can use these as well..I noticed that the package in Rudy's quote from scoticus.rex looks like a 17" setup?

Currently running GMax AS-03's which have been amazing in the snow/ice here in the KC metro, but have been running winter tires on my previous cars for the past 5 years..

Rudy, I have a 2013 Camaro 2LT with RS package 20" wheels and I was just on tire rack website today (Feb 5,2014) because I was trying to get winter tires for my car since here in NJ we been getting hit pretty bad with snow but I couldn't find any snow tires for my wheel size.
I'm leasing my car for 3 years and do not want to put too much money into it so what is the best recommendation from Rudy and anyone else?

I got a set of Michelin X-ice 235/65-17 and the Andros wheels from TireRack for my LT3. They arrived yesterday and bolted right on. The arrived properly balanced with tape weights and inflated to the correct pressure, with TPMS senders, and the correct lug nuts.

I've been skeptical about ordering tires from distant dealers however the service and careful work are head and shoulders above any of the local places I've dealt with.

I purchased the TPMS trigger tool as well which is necessary for 2013 and later, and which makes the relearn process quick and easy.

Most aftermarket pads will not have the dampers. I carry the Hawk brand. Anyone needing aftermarket pads just give me a call.

You can get a Pirelli Scorpion Winter in a 245/45R20. Use this size on all 4 wheels. It actually works better for winter. Please call me if I can help.
