I know there are many happy customers reference some of our fine sponsors. My order was a simple one...but I was still treated as if I had ordered the store.
i purchased the Rot-Fab radiator cover in the non painted version (which at the time, was a few dollars less). The very next day I was contacted via email that the one I ordered was back ordered 8 weeks by Roto-Fab. I was offered a painted version at the same price and it arrived 4 days later. Now this is great customer service! I will definitely frequent Phastek again.

I had a good experience with them too. Very small order that had a bit of an issue and they had a replacement to me within days. Great customer service and I'll definitely do business with them again as a result.

Agreed with all the above!! Just about everything, except for a few items, have all come from Phastek. They are an outstanding company to deal with, always have what I wanted and by far the quickest shipping ever!! I will always do business with them!!

I ordered from them before but my recent order wasn't good quality and they wouldn't make it right.
Edit: AFTER posting this Phastek reached out to me to offer a refund (that I don't intend to accept at this point...water under the bridge). That's a good thing, but denied a refund and shipping until I posted - reviews... I have ordered from them in the past with good exprience, however this was a hassle.
