I'll take a pass on that, I'm more into the floating around... Lol, not really... Sounds like fun...I'm headed out to the shop in a few, may start stripping the interior...

Excellent !!

Nothing beats a great blast down the water followed by a run in a Camaro !!

P.S. What was his transition speed range (where it porpoises)? Somewhere in the 70-90 mph range ?

Sounds about right. I was calling speed by 10mph jumps. It smoothed out just below a 100mph.

Amazing Vid B,

I would love to make a run in something like that some day... Fastest I've been on the water was right at 100-102, in a bass boat...

This thing looks very stable...

I can only imagine the good times you had...

Thanks for Posting...

It was a hoot! Things move by pretty quick at 100mph+. It will go to about 140mph, but you have to jack the legs and rev it up and then put the leg's back down a few times to get it up there.

Just got in the door from a 600 km cruise with some fellow C5'ers. We went up the Fraser Canyon to Lytton then across the Duffy Lake road to Pemberton, then down the Sea to Sky Hwy to Whistler and then back to Abby. Great day. I'll post some pic's and video a bit later. Time for a cold glass of Dead Frog.

Yep your right. I guess that's why our plates say "Beautiful British Columbia". Pretty much the whole 600 km is very scenic. Still working on the video. Nothing fancy but I am going to pull some clips out and string then together.

I was in contact today with Jon from N2MB Racing Electronics in regards to the compatability of there WOT Box with the Camaro. Although he could not supply me with a pdf installation sheet, he can supply me with the colour codes for the wires that I would have to tap into for installation into Pumpkin. He also indicated that he would offer a full refund if it did not work with the Pumpkin.

So my next call will be to Nick at ARH to find out if I can get away with a few pass's banging on the cat's without to much damage to them. So needless to say were closer to going ahead with that project. Want to get out at least twice this fall to take advantage of the good DA this fall.

I spent some time in the Pacific NW, and I have to agree, It would be really hard to find a prettier area anywhere...

I went to NookSak Falls, Deception Pass, Mt Baker, The Peace Arch, and other simple amazing areas... Oh, Chuckanut Drive is beyond words...

B,

Cant plan it any time soon, but if you want some company in the area next summer, I may have to come up that way... I know Debbie would enjoy it... I would love to spend time in that area, Seattle, the Peninsula, etc and parts of South Western Canada...as well as seeing some of the amazing cars you work on...
